Q: Is there a cost to enter?
A: No, Navigator NW will never charge you any buyer fees, and the TV is our closing gift to you when you purchase a home. NAVIGATOR NORTHWEST WILL NEVER CHARGE OUR BUYERS ANY FEES. Our commission is paid for by the seller, and we never charge our buyers transaction fees.
Q: What brand of 4K Smart TV will I receive?
A: The brand of the TV will depend on our supply options at the time of purchase, but you will receive a 4K Smart TV major brand like Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, or LG.
Q: What if I decide not to work with Navigator NW to purchase my home?
A: We would be sad if you choose not to work with us, and you would not receive a TV from us, but you can fire us at any time and we won't charge you any fees, EVER. We just want you to be happy.
Q: What's the catch?
A: There isn't a catch. We decided that rather than paying more advertising dollars to Zillow, Trulia, Google, and Facebook, we want to give back directly to our buyers.
Q: I am not sure if I can qualify for a home, what should I do?
A: It doesn't cost you anything to run an application. We work with great lenders who can help make suggestions to improve your credit and get the best loan possible for your situation. There are zero-down financing options for many buyers, and we want to work at your pace. We want to hear from you, so even if you can't buy a house this year, we want to help you achieve your goals of home ownership some day. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can begin the path to home ownership!
